Porsche Automobil Holding SE, Stuttgart (“Porsche SE“), has rescheduled its Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2015 for 29 June 2016. The Annual General Meeting takes place – as in previous years – in the Porsche-Arena and Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle in Stuttgart. Shareholders will be informed about further details with their invitation to the Annual General Meeting in due course. The Annual Press Conference is scheduled for 29 April 2016 in Stuttgart.
