Dr. Bronislav Kvasnicka (38), member of Board of Directors of ARBOmedia AG responsible for Sales, Marketing and Technology, is leaving the Board in the end of October 2007. From August on his responsibilities will be taken over by Alexander Sigl, the member of Board of Directors of ARBOmedia AG responsible for Diversification.
Kvasnicka, who is working for ARBOmedia since twelve years, took over his position in ARBOmedia Board in 2004. His core responsibility was the commercial results, merketing communication as well as the technolgy tools of the entire ARBOmedia Group. Before as Chief Operating Officer he was 2,5 years responsible for all operational issues of the Group and the subsidiaries.
Bronislav will leave the company at his own request. For the next couple of months he will be advising the Board of Directors in strategic and operational matters.
Bronislav Kvasnicka says, “After exciting and successful 12 years in ARBOmedia I feel the neccessity of new challenges in my professional future. The international position of the Group and the multi-media portfolio was a great opportunity for me to bring in my professional knowledge and management experience.”
