During the first nine months EBIT rose to 4.5 million up from 3.7 million Euro in the same period last year. EBITDA rose from 4.2 mio. Euro to 5.1 mio. Euro. The increase in sales and results is fuelled by an extraordinarily successful classical music open air season.
In Q3 2007, ACE Entertainment GmbH is included in the DEAG group closing for the first time. ACE promotes the likes of Howard Carpendale and Riverdance in the prospering easy listening ('Schlager') and show segment. While 2006 nine months EBIT has been marked by special effects, the continuous increase in 2007 is viewed by DEAG board as a confirmation of its strategy to strengthen the show and classical music segment in addition to the margin oriented growth in the rock/pop sector.
