The museum has a new exhibit. The waterwheel made from Douglasia wood and could be demonstrated in a reversible manner by means of a generator and a water pump.
Built and designed is the 2.5 meter high, 2.8 meter wide and 80 centimeters deep construction by Jürgen Amend - one of the managing directors of Amend GmbH in Eschelbronn, which otherwise produces high quality furniture. Together with his son Jannik, he spent 120 working hours in order to create a decorative object on the one hand, which on the other hand, should also serve to generate electricity.
The waterwheel will complete the historic mills elevation which is already in the museum.
