Linde GmbH has commissioned STRABAG Building and Industrial Services GmbH, a company of the STRABAG Property and Facility Services Group (STRABAG PFS), with the technical and infrastructural facility management for three production sites in Bavaria. The corresponding service contracts were concluded on 1 June and 1 July 2022 for three years, including an extension option. This was preceded by a trade- and site-specific tender, which STRABAG PFS won.
The large-scale locations Unterschleissheim, Nuremberg and Röthenbach are mainly used as production sites with air separation plants and filling facilities and have a floor area of around 28,000 m².
