After a highly successful first quarter of 2007, C-QUADRAT Investment AG (ISIN AT0000613005), an independent European Asset Manager, was once again able to increase its Fee Generating Assets at an above-average rate in the second quarter of 2007. Fee Generating Assets rose from EUR 4.9 billion (as at 31 March 2007) to EUR 5.3 billion (as at 30 June 2007), corresponding to an 8.5 percent increase for the second quarter.
Organic growth was especially pronounced in C-QUADRAT’s Core Fee Generating Assets, more particularly in the Asset Management segment of C-QUADRAT Kapitalanlagegesellschaft. In the second quarter of 2007, the volume of Core Fee Generating Assets rose from EUR 4.1 billion (as at 31 March 2007) to EUR 4.5 billion (as at 30 June 2007). The increase in Assets recorded in the second quarter of 2007 was mainly due to C-QUADRAT winning new mandates from institutional clients in Germany and, albeit to a lesser extent, to C-QUADRAT’s previously established sales activities with leading German sales and marketing organizations.
