C-QUADRAT views the AvW Group’s participation in C-QUADRAT as highly positive

C-QUADRAT Investment AG (ISIN AT0000613005), an independent European Asset Manager, welcomes the increased investment of the Auer von Welsbach Group (AvW) in C-QUADRAT Investment AG. The AvW Group’s investment in C-QUADRAT now exceeds 25 percent. As Thomas Rieß, a founding father and a Member of the Board of C-QUADRAT Investment AG proudly stated: "We see this participation as a very positive development because, with the AvW Group, we have gained a strategic partner with long-term goals."

For the second quarter of 2008, C-QUADRAT Investment AG is planning an additional listing, namely on the Prime Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
