The next 2009 CEPIC Congress will take place in Dresden, Germany. This was announced by its Committee in Malta at the opening of this year's congress, which from 4 to 8 June gathers around 750 professionals coming from more than 50 countries from all the five continents of the world.
The German city was choosen to be the center stage for the next Worldwide Picture Summit, to be held between June 3-7, 2009. As usual, online registration for the Congress and hotel bookings opens in January, with discounted fee.
Each year in June the CEPIC Congress is the mandatory meeting place for all the picture agencies (stock, press and heritage) from all around the World. After Stockholm, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Budapest, Lisbon, Copenhagen, Prague, Biarritz, Florence and Malta, it is now the turn of Dresden.
