He will embark on a journey to St. Anton at Arlberg and take along some of his favourite chefs. Part of the crew are Michael Kempf (Restaurant Facil, 2 Michelin stars, 3 Gault&Millau toques), Marco Müller (Rutz, 2 Michelin stars, 3 Gault&Milleau toques), Sonja Frühsammer (3 Gault&Millau toques), Berlins first female chef honoured with a Michelin star and her husband Peter Frühsammer, sommelier at their joint restaurant Frühsammers. Arne Anker (Pauly Saal, 1 Michelin star, 2 Gault&Millau toques) and the successful TV Chef and foodblogger Felicitas Then complete the tempting team. Guests of the Austrian festival will be able to discover culinary Berlin at its best. In return top chefs from Tirol will present their highlights at the next Gourmetfestival eat! berlin in 2019.
The fourth edition of Kulinarik & Kunst Festival in St. Anton promises their guests, gourmets and art lovers from 17 August to 9 September 2018 a very diverse program at various locations. The guest chefs from eat! berlin will cook August, 26, 2018 at St. Anton’s well known Sennhütte.
The association Kulinarik & Kunst St. Anton/Arlberg was founded in 2013 by five pioneers of the hotel industry in St. Anton. Their intention is to inspire guests to visit St. Anton in the summer time as well, and to support the local food producers.
eat! berlin started with just 400 visitors in 2011 and has now become one of the ten best gourmet festivals in the world, according to the "Traveler's World" luxury and travel magazine. The next eat! Berlin Gourmetfestival will happen from 23 February to 2 March 2018.
