Enstar reported consolidated net earnings of $15.9 million (or $1.17 per basic share) for the three months ended March 31, 2010 compared to $11.5 million (or $0.86 per basic share) for the three months ended March 31, 2009.
Enstar's shareholders' equity at March 31, 2010 amounted to $826.2 million (excluding noncontrolling interest of $271.4 million) up from $801.9 million at December 31, 2009.
