Close collaborations with medical equipment manufacturer Deleo and more than 100 specialist doctors have enabled the Berlin-based company to position itself successfully as a premium provider in the field of aesthetics. ICE AESTHETICS GmbH, formerly an owner-managed company, is now poised to continue its growth course together with WESTLAKE PARTNERS. A group of entrepreneurial investors, set up by WESTLAKE PARTNERS, together with the three former partners and managers of the company, have acquired all the shares through a joint parent company. The goal of this parent company is to develop the ICE AESTHETIC brand further, to open up new fields of business, and to implement sustainable growth strategies.

In only a short time, ICE AESTHETIC GmbH has evolved into a market leader among online platforms for non-invasive body contouring treatment. Following expanding sales of devices and the formation of the GmbH in 2016, ICE AESTHETICS has undergone rapid growth within Europe to become the leading provider of aesthetic body contouring methods, above all in the area of cryolipolysis, an innovative, non-invasive method of treating local deposits of fat with cold temperatures. ICE AESTHETIC has since attracted many very well-known doctors in Germany, Austria, Switzerland Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Great Britain as collaborative partners. The primary common goal on which ICE AESTHETIC and WESTLAKE PARTNERS are focusing, alongside the growth of the network of doctors, is the acquisition of patients and further development of the ICE AESTHETIC brand.
On the important step of working together with Westlake, co-founder and managing director Claudio Gasperi says, “Over the last few years we have undergone enormous growth.
