For personal and family reasons, Dr. Martin Prillmann has asked to be relieved of his contractual obligations as executive of KARL MAYER Holding GmbH & Co. KG.
After lengthy discussion, the management and advisory board have decided to comply with his request.
Dr. Martin Prillmann leaves the company by mutual agreement and on friendly terms, and the partners and advisory board would like to thank him for the contribution he has made to the company. Mr. Fritz P. Mayer will take over his responsibilities until further notice.
