Propellerhead Software, maker of the highly acclaimed standalone music production system Reason, today announced the latest event in The Producers Conference series. The spring series starts in Copenhagen on April 17th, 2008 with Propellerhead Software in cooperation with Luthman and Digidesign presenting four exciting producers and music production specialists at the Rhythmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen.
Jon Bruland, a high profile bass player & film composer, will speak on inspiration and composition. He is one of Denmark s most successful bass players who has recorded a number of successful albums and also worked for movies and TV.
Anders Glantz, Scandinavia's Digidesign guru, will show how Pro Tools 7 plays with Reason, maximizing workflow and creativity and how to beef up the studio.
Propellerhead product specialist and producer, Simon Grey, has a background as a touring keyboard session player. He will demonstrate new features in Reason and Propellerhead's Refills. After producing artists like Incognito and remixing Jamiroquai (Sony UK), Lou Reed, Everything but the Girl, Bootsy Collins and Elton John remixing, Grey has become known as a heavyweight producer of sophisticated soul/house/nu jazz.
Presently the production duo Machopsycho, based in Gothenburg, Sweden, have the world at their feet.
