Schlafhorst Electronics AG (SE) as a leading service provider for the development and manufacturing of electronic modules, devices and systems (EMS provider) in Germany and German-speaking foreign countries and as founder member of the "Services in EMS" initiative, will present themselves once again at "Productronica" in Munich. The company looks back on a successful corporate development and celebrates its 10th company anniversary this year as former in-house manufacturer of the textile machinery manufacturer Schlafhorst.
SE continually further develop their competencies due to a straight company concept which is tailor-made for the customers and their demands. This year, besides the extension of the manufacturing facilities at the competence center in Mönchengladbach by an AOI system by Viscom and the successful repetitive audit according to ISO 9001:2000, Schlafhorst Electronics could celebrate the topping-out ceremony of the second construction phase of their manufacturing site in Lubsko/Poland. After less than three years only, the existing production area has already been doubled to 2,000 m2. Moreover, Schlafhorst Electronics changed their name and legal form in August 2007. SE will benefit from Productronica as a platform to inform about the change of their legal form to an "AG".
In time for Productronica in Munich, the company's new website will be online. The new website will give more and more detailed information on the company and the services provided.
